Each account has its own inbound email address. Requests forwarded from Gmail, Outlook or any mailbox, and work orders from insurers, assistance companies and property managers, arrive as job files ready to validate, with the file reference, the beneficiary and the address already extracted.

On iOS and Android, technicians open their day, start and finish a job with a GPS timestamp, take photos, write notes and fill in reports without a signal. Everything syncs when the network comes back, without duplicates.
